5 stars for our salesperson Dev Sharma from whom we’ve purchased 4 new Toyota vehicles in the last 2 years. Got to take home the latest one today, the all electric bZ4X. Dev took the time to explain all the features and went over all necessary things in a timely and friendly manner. He also made sure I got a free hat and a mug! Really good service, will be back for more.

I recently purchased the new Tacoma Trd off road.I had the pleasure of working with sales, Brandon, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he helped me find the perfect Tacoma for my lifestyle. He was also very responsive to my questions and concerns, and he made sure I was comfortable with my decision before moving forward.Once I had made my purchase, I was introduced to Jastaj, the delivery specialist, and he was equally amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that my new vehicle was in pristine condition and ready for me to drive off the lot. He took the time to walk me through all of the features and functions of the car, and he made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left.

The in person sales process was a good overall experience.Having to wait to be reimbursed for the tire we had to replace and a few other things was not such a pleasant experience as it took over three weeks to resolve. The sales man did not communicate effectively however one of the managers quickly resolved everything within 24hrs of finding out about it. One of the bigger issues that frustrated me was having to wait nearly three weeks for my second fob. When the manager talked to me he said they were waiting for the original owner to bring it in. I have no issue with this other than a.) let me know this, as the sales rep wouldn’t even acknowledge I had a second fob coming after asking multiple times and b.) make it quick, if you don’t have the original fob back within a week, don’t make a customer wait.That said, I still recommend OpenRoad Toyota, and Toyota in general. Mistakes happen, the problem was solved and that’s all that matters.

I was surprised to find a dealership that was open on Canada Day. I felt welcomed and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I am still looking at other options but overall a great experience. I appreciated management’s no pressure approach.

Great people. It’s our 3rd car from this dealership this year and Mr. Dev Sharma dealt super good and assisted in trading in my older car at a great price. I really like Emily as my salesperson she goes the extra mile if she doesn’t know the answer to your question she finds out, I order a new vehicle and she kept me posted and it arrived when she said it would. She also called me if something came in close to what I ordered to see if I’d rather take that sooner. And I like that she was willing to print out the brochure of the car I wanted so I could take it home and look it over before I ordered. She also got me more than anyone else offered me for my trade in.
