Church's Texas Chicken
Ordered a 7 piece combo on Skip the Dishes, asked for a mix of spicy and regular but found out upon delivery that they were sold out of spicy - However, they compensated by giving us 4 additional pieces, some biscuit and left a note as well. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious! Thanks so much, Church’s Blundell! :-)

Ordered a combo but forgot to give me my fries, ordered an extra spicy chicken wing and ended up getting a non spicy one. Don’t know how they can screw it up. Like this guy literally has one job, and she successfully failed.

This review is based on this experience only. I ordered a 3 piece chicken with fries and a pop deal for $9.95. Total was $10.64. at the 120 - 9100 Blundell Road, Richmond BC V6Y 3X9. Receipt #402007004 on Jan.02, 2023 at 12:27am. The drive thru experience was totally fine. Nothing wrong. Friendly staff at the window. Nice smile. Customer service was good. When I got home and opened up my box of chicken. Two drumsticks were burnt, it was really dark coloured, overcooked and stale. Hard to chew. It was so obvious that those two pieces were old. The third piece (breast) was fresh, warm and juicy. The way how it’s suppose to be like most of the times I order at CHURCHS. The fries was very little amount which had about 12 strips of fries and most of it was old. I have taken photos and video of my order. The person who packed my order should not serve old, dry, stale chicken and just give a honest amount of fresh fries rather than just slapping on some fries and let it be. Put yourself in a customers shoes. We all work hard for our money to buy food to feed our stomach. Specially after a long day of work or whatever it maybe. We all deserve a decent meal for what we paid for. Thank you.

I bought a 8 piece combo, when I arrived home I opened the box of chicken. Wow so small, this drumstick is one of the 8 chickens compare to the other drumstick this one is way too small. I went to this store I lot of time and and this size of drumstick never happened :(

Order 12 pc hot wings in afternoon. All the wings is dry and small. Not recommend.

I ordered an 8 regular pieces combo but received 3 spicy pieces with fries. This is the second time they messed up my order! Very disappointed by the service, will not go back anymore. And please check your order before leaving the restaurant. They might scam you!!!

Church's Texas Chicken
I was so upset tonight because I wasted my cheat day in this restaurant! Church’s chicken used to be super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. But this branch has the worst and driest chicken I’ve ever had in Vancouver. They’re absolutely over cooked. A granny’s skin would’ve looked smoother than their chicken. I hope they’ll be improved in the future.
