I don’t know why it’s a lower review rating, I have a quick and good experience knee x-ray when I walk in there. So I have booked appointments as well.

It took technician less than 10 minutes to do an ultrasound of my full abdomen. I tried to call their head office to ask questions, but I was told they don't have it. I spoke with someone not sure if it was an another location or the appointments booking line, and I was told their technicians are quick. I am not convinced that less than 10 min is sufficient to take good images of entire abdomen. I have this test done regularly and it takes about 30 minutes at other places. I am not sure who to complain to, but I would like the test to be re-done with another provider.

I have been to this clinic multiple times for xrays, ultrasound, and bone density. I really do not get the negative reviews.Of all the Ontario Diagnostic Centres, this one is the cleanest, the nicest, the most professional.I have to drive quite far to go there, but it is worth it. The owner is a lovely lady, and most of the staff are great. (The young receptionist can be a bit of a bear, but I put that down to Covid.)Parking is great. No hassles and plenty of it.Some of those people giving bad reviews should visit some of the other locations in Mississauga, then they would REALLY see ugly.

Just got back from having an x-ray. I was in and out within 15 minutes or less. Both the receptionist and technician were professional, friendly and kind individuals. Highly recommend this location.

The uninspiring aggregate review of 3.2/5 for the Clarkson location made me reluctant to have my x-rays done here, despite this clinic being within walking distance for me.I'm so happy that I overcame my reluctance. X-rays are walk-in and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The receptionist was very pleasant and quick. I’d barely sat down after handing over my requisition when Carol the radiologist called me in. She was very helpful answering my questions and the turnaround was very fast.A very pleasant experience, inspiring me to write a review.

I was also very worried about going to this imaging centre due to the reviews. But I have had two ultra sounds done and both ladies I met were absolutely lovely. The office is clean, there saw me right at my appointment time and the staff was pleasant. Thankful for the two ultra sound technicians who showed so much kindness towards me.

Wonderful staff and clinic. The only reason I give it a three-star is that the clinic was inaccessible from the parking lot. I was bringing my elderly mother who uses a walker with limited mobility, and could not get her up and over the curb because of all of the buildup of ice and snow. We had to rebook for the spring. That's a lot for a 90 year old. Whoever plowed the parking lot made it completely inaccessible. It's a small thing, but I am asking that the building manager does better.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Facility neat and clean. Plenty of parking available. Unfortunately not impressed with long wait time. I had a scheduled appointment for bone density at 11am May 3rd 2023 and was not taken in until 11:50am . It would have been appreciated if I was informed upon arrival that they were running behind and the approximate wait time. I would recommend that if any medical facility is running behind to inform the patient/client upon their arrival in case the patient has other obligations pending and be given the opportunity to reschedule if necessary/required.

I have been here before and all the ladies there have been good with me.But this time (Monday July 18th)two people helped me out and made what could have been a negative experience positive.The x-ray couldn't be done through no fault of the technician.And the next day the lady at the desk found my form and gave it back to my husband who picked it up.Both ladies were patient with me and explained the reasons why.Thank You.
