very limited stocks. i have been seeing the same items since september for GI JOE, Transformers and Marvel Legends. website is no good either. if you're an adult collector you would be disappointed hunting for toys here. prices at walnart are cheaper if you compare prices for the same item.

Michelle is probably the most helpful employee i've ever encountered. If she didn't have the answer, she found someone who did. It's amazing to see someone with such genuine kindness and caring nature in such a wild setting.

I came in looking for a double stroller. One of the elderly associates told me I shouldn't have my 5 year old in a stroller anymore, without taking into consideration there might have been a reason I wanted a stroller to accommodate my infant and my autistic 5 year old. Usually great service at this location, but this time I left upset.

We purchased a Little Earthling nursery set in July of 2022. When we opened the boxes, a number of the pieces had chips and black smudges. We went to the store and met Michelle, who was apologetic and rectified the situation. She was kind, helpful and handled the situation professionally. We are very pleased with the overall customer service experience and how wonderful Michelle was throughout it all.A shoutout to Bev who helped us find the perfect car seat/stroller for us. Bev is knowledgeable and made our experience very pleasant.

First time pregnancy and due in April we stopped by the Regina store yesterday to see what we needed to buy still for our baby. We were greeted at the strollers by a lovely lady named Suzie she was so friendly and definitely went above and beyond touring us thru the store and explaining baby necessities. She also talked to us about the baby registry and getting signed up on it. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back to visit before April !

Darcie from the baby department, was extremely helpful! I had recently purchased a toddler couch for my son for Christmas and when I got home I realized it was pink, I live an hour away, I called the store and Darcie knew exactly the item I was talking about and we were able to coordinate me coming into regina and doing an exchange for one in his favourite colour! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Nice store, used to shop here a lot as a kid. Haven't been in A while but no much has changed. Amber at the tills was very helpful and was able to answer my quick questions! Thanks Amber, will come back for sure!

What can I say, it is toys. The only problem is that for certain collectable items you may need to look around for pricing. ToysR"Us is a bit overpriced on some of the collectable items. Stopped by earlier and they are still on short supply of MotU characters."
