This past Monday my wife and I were heading home to Lethbridge. Our VW Jetta had a check oil warning light pop up. Worried we stopped at Fernie Chrysler. I explained things to Sara your service manager. Right off she said if we waited for the shop folks to come back from lunch she would help. We did...and Sara solved our dilemma! She was busy...and we were just passing folks...but she had a helpful fellow top up our oil. She did not charge...just wished us a safe ride home. We were impressed with Sara and rveryone there! Thank you again for great service. Fernie Chrysler is a winner in our house!Veryl and Ingrid Todd. Damn lucky we stopped in!

When service is done right!I had been having difficulty with getting an issue resolved on my Jeep (after many weeks of no follow up with another individual) - today, I called and was put through to Sarah in the Maintenance Dept at Fernie Chrysler, within an hour Sarah was able to pinpoint, resolve and formulate a plan for the known issue - This is why I deal locally and I very much appreciate the care and attention to detail that Sarah, brought to resolve this ongoing issue!

Great experience from beginning to end. Ethan in sales was excellent to deal with and really worked with me to get what I was after. Jimmy in finance was quick and efficient, and the Jeep is spectacular. Well worth the trip from Calgary - highly recommended.

Very good experience with the dealership and the cooperative staff. The location is very easy to locate and get into. They have very well equipped in house store where you will get almost all the parts you require. They do have a very good range of winter all season and summer tyres available as per the season. The manager is very polite and helping nature. They have made very good arrangements in a compact place.I recommend 100% if you are looking for buy new or used vehicle. Definitely you will not get disappointed.In a small town like Fernie the Chrysler dealership is doing an excellent job to satisfy each and every customer's needs. Its one of rare quality of service even in big towns like Calgary or Vancouver.

We recently drove from Ontario to B.C, travelling through Fernie. By the time we arrived in Fernie, our brakes were shot. We went to this Chrysler Dealersbip, and they went above and beyond to repair our brakes. The brakes are working wonderfully. We can't thank these professionals and the generous people of Fernie enough for taking care of us on our way.

While on vacation in Fernie our Chrysler 300 went into security lock and would not start, after flatdecking the car to the local chrysler dealership we were advised that the service dept was heavily booked however they would find time to fit in our car for a diagnostic, later that day Shawn Fitt - Service Advisor called to update us with, we have a managed to readjust appt's for the next morning to look at our car ,the next day after our golf round we contacted the dealership to find about the status of our car, it was very relieving to find out that they were able to find a repair method that would allow us to return home at our vacations end in our car (rentals are tough to come by - u haul truck was our solution if the car was not repaired) since the component required was on long term backorder approx 6months and quite costly north of $2300.00 not inc labour. After paying a very Reasonable labour /parts bill we picked up the car and continued on our trip , as I am writing this I have to emphasize that the friendly nature of all we encountered at the dealership and the solution provided kept our vacation just that a vacation rather than a story of the problems encountered with the car. Thank-you for great service , efficiency and to the mechanic assigned to the car a work around resulting in a worry free trip home- an extra Thank-you .Sean Skoropat

Not impressed with the service from this dealership. We own 2 Chrysler vehicles one which we bought new from here. Was charged $100.00 for a 5 minute job after just spending 70k. Also did not tighten oil filter on our other vehicle leaving my driveway full of oil. Will go somewhere else from now on.

I just bought a truck from these guys. Ethan and Jimmy were amazing to deal with. I bought it sight unseen other than pictures and had it delivered to Kelowna area. Can’t say enough about how easy they made it for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. While searching for a truck I contacted a lot of different places and found a lot of them to be pretty uninterested in my needs. That did not happen here. Great job. Thank you..

We were so happy with the experience we had at Fernie Chrysler! The staff there is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Ethan, John, and Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure every question or concern we had was alleviated and made the experience of buying a vehicle super smooth and enjoyable. Their communication skills exceeded all expectations with quick responses and they made sure that we left the dealership with everything we wanted and more!Would definitely refer anyone to them for their great communication, friendly environment, professionalism, and knowledge when purchasing a vehicle.
