Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and well kept. They always ensure that you are feeling good and okay all through out the appointment. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs!

Used to have good experience in this place except for my son's last visit. I informed the person at the front desk that we changed insurance company and without checking coverage, she continued to change me 20% which was what my previous insurance covered. She said if this is incorrect, they would notify me. Fast forward 2 months and no call. I happen to look at my insurance and they covered 100% so I called the clinic and spoke to someone named Kirza, very unhelpful individual, first said can't find my son's record and if I did not insist, she would have left it at that. Told her about my issue and after confirming that my insurance did cover 100% even though they charged me, no apologies, no nothing, just said we'll call you, and that is after I insisted on asking what they are going to do. Someone else then called me and said refund was issued May 5th but when I checked my statement, there was none. I asked if they bothered calling to let me know and she said she will check with her manager. Again, always a good experience before this particular one. Seems people doing their admin stuff should get more training.

My recent 2 dental experiences with Dr. Colina were excellent. The clinic itself is very sterile and well maintained.Both Dr. Colina and the wonderful dental assistants were amazing! I have had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist in the past and felt very relaxed and calm. I enjoyed how Dr.Colina confidently talks you through everything helping you feel cared for and at ease. They certainly know what they are doing. This is exactly the experience that I have been looking for ❤️

We all know that going to the dentist is not as exciting as going to the spa...but they make it easy!. I love coming here because of the friendly & professional staff, and the state-of-the-art new clinic is spacious and clean! Ive been going to Dr. Luong for my dental needs for years and he's been doing such a great job! I highly recommend this clinic. :)

My three kids has terrible cavities thru out the years.Especially my 4 years old girl, She just can’t trust any dentists ever. Dr. L is super super patience and gentle while doing the treatments. He shared clearly what’s going to happen, how his treatment well before he started. I finally get their teeth all fixed. As a parent, I feel so trustworthy to have my kids on the chair!Very clean and well precaution for this period of pandemic! Very trustworthy

We all know how important it is to take care of your teeth, especially if you want to smile and be confident in your appearance. I had been avoiding going to the dentist my whole life because I was too embarrassed, but I found Dr. Luong at Integral Dental and I'm glad I did. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my teeth and answer any question I had. It's been a year since I had my braces put in and the results are amazing. I was initially too embarrassed to smile before, but now I have a healthy-looking smile that I'm proud of!

I've had few appointments here, the staff is very, very friendly. No anxiety about calling and asking questions. The dentists are great as well, they're good with patients.

Went to see Dr. Ben Yue as my mother goes to him. He’s an amazing dentist! I came for a routine check up and cavity but he noticed some wear on the front and explained my options. The thing is, I had already gone to a dentist and they told me the ‘only’ solution was veneers. This was completely untrue. Got in to see him and for thousands less, fixed the front two teeth with flawless fillings (which added at least 1-2mm and you couldn’t tell I had fillings on my two front teeth). I don’t need veneers now and have my smile back! I should have gotten a second opinion sooner and I’m glad he explained my options and that my only option wasn’t just veneers. Incredibly fast too! And very personable! Everyone in the office was friendly and quick too. My one issue when I booked the initial appointment, I said I was from out of town and knew I had a cavity. The person on the phone said he could do it in the same appointment. I double checked and triple checked that I didn’t need to book a separate appointment and was assured I didn’t. But then at the check up, he didn’t know and I had to move onto my cleaning and now it would be much harder to get another appointment short notice. So I wasn’t happy with whoever assured me he could do both in one visit. They were able to squeeze me in before I had to fly back where I’m from so I really appreciated that!

I've been a patient for this dental group for ~5 years. And it's been fantastic.Dr. Luong is my orthodontist for my braces for 3 years and going. Each appointment with him has been warm, welcoming and personable. He also shares relevant knowledge. I learn something new each time I visit him!The receptionists are welcoming and patient. They take care of my appointments with ease.I can't suggest them enough. Ten out of ten experience.
