Cleaning a restaurant is definitely not an easy task, however eshine is one company I can trust with 100% to make sure everything is cleaned diligently and up to a very high standard. Their attention to detail is impeccable along with there professionalism.It's definitely one thing off my list that I don't have to stress over. Please make sure you will be paid. They don't like to pay they will not even pick the phone. Working with them or for them just ask payment first because they will not pay. If they ask it is not usual asking payment first just tell them you have went through their Google reviews.

Very unprofessional workplace; poor communication and leadership.Employment there is a revolving door which only makes sense, they purposely will work you for 39 hours a week on split shifts which your “breaks” between will be used moving onto your next location or tracking down your “supervisor” for your paycheque.They are unreliable in both supplying cleaning materials for their own sites, providing PPE (if needed) to employees and previous stated.. in even just providing a paycheque (they refuse to do direct deposit)Any concerns from employee or paying customer will be ignored, and knowing from an offer I too was given, most (if not all) of these 5 star reviews are from past employees who were offered an embarrassingly small bonus.If you’re looking to get a job easy, then I recommend. Interview process is to just show up! :)But anticipate no training (it is only cleaning after all) and a lot of unnecessary inadequacies from management.

Eshine was extremely accommodating and professional when handling an emergency job for us. Fast, reliable, and most importantly consistent.

For those looking to work for this company, don’t work without payment or at lease signing a document. They would make you work and ignore your calls when requesting for your pay. They make the workers do all the difficult jobs only for them to complain that they didn’t do a good job. Cleaning a building still under construction with the dust and sand is a lot of work only for you not to get paid in the end. A very unprofessional company. Keep your response to your company. You enslave people and pay less.. and you come online after how many years to manage the situation. My name does not show up, because your company does not make people sign contract before working, not even an interview, just straight to cleaning a unit that is still under construction with all the sawdust, dust, sand, and left over building materials. Please manage your company better.
