Larry is a real estate agent in a million. If you can sell a property with a sitting tenant for an overseas client in the middle of a Covid pandemic, you must be a bit exceptional. This, Larry has just done. I am a UK resident with no knowledge of the US property market. Larry unraveled the seemingly impossible, providing outstanding help & advice throughout. This included liaising with the tenant, providing necessary referrals, guiding me through unfamiliar paperwork & overseeing transfer of the sale funds.The entire process was conducted by email, where Larry's response time was virtually instantaneous.The sale would not have been successful without Larry's outstanding expertise & ability to think outside the box.A real estate agent and more: I couldn't rate Larry more highly.

I have dealt with Larry and his staff at Downtown Realty over the last two years in connection with some property sales.The service I have received is absolutely outstanding.
