J Lipani & Son Sod Farms

I worked with Lipani on a fairly large (8000 square meters) capital works projects for a municipality. We were able to set out the work well in advance regarding scope, Santo came to site ahead of operations to verify the conditions and everything went incredibly smoothly. I had expected it to take longer than their timelines but we actually finished ahead of schedule. A huge break for me on site as we've managed to fill that lag with additional activities overall accelerating my project.While on site his team (and what a large team it was!) was very courteous to the public, acted very quickly and I had zero concerns over logistics or safety. A++ team to work with on larger commercial style projects.

Driver of one of your trucks decides to open his pack of smokes and throw his trash out his window. Easy to see the type of care your employees give to the environment, makes it easy to see the type of care your employees would give to my property. He was southbound HWY #404 getting onto HWY #407 on July 7 @ 6:50 am.

Got some sod off of them they were quick easy and fast and it was great sod it was very green Easy to maintain

Extremely dangerous and aggressive driver. Whoever was driving one of these water tank trucks around 5:20pm today June 8 at Bloomington and Woodbine came into my lane with no warning at the lighted intersection forcing me into the middle of intersection into oncoming traffic. Could care less that I was honking. Worst truck driving I have seen. He proceeded to go north on Warden Ave. Clearly this is a major issue with this company since the only other review for this company is over same issue!

one of their drivers was driving very aggressively and dangerous. Instead of reacting to and anticipating the actions of other drivers.
