Walmart Photo Centre

The pickup process could have been better, more organized but got the pics I ordered online & was happy with them.

Very disappointed in the service offered and communication. I called around 3pm yesterday (Oct 12) to ask the hours of the photo centre and was told I can print photos AND have passport photos taken until 8pm. I drove from Connaught (which is a good 45 minute drive) solely to get my passport picture taken and printed. I got to the store at 5:45 and was told the photo centre closed at 5. I explained to the worker that I was told the photo centre and all of its services were offered until 8 but she was so incredibly unkind to me about it. I didn’t raise my voice, I wasn’t condescending, I just explained my situation and she was just rude about it. After I left the store I decided to call the photo centre again and I asked to speak to a manager. I was told “no”. That was it. Just “no”. The miscommunication of the lady who told me over the phone that the photo centre was open until 8 wasted my gas and that’s what I’m most upset about. Seeing as I now have to go back into Timmins again today.
