This location messes up delivery orders on the regular. Tonight I received fajitas with no tortillas and the fixings all thrown together in the same container. Of the last 7 times we’ve ordered 5 of them had something wrong. I would not recommend you order from here.

Dinner with my family was amazing. The service from our waitress Trudi was excellent! She was extremely helpful all lunch long. The food tasted amazing especially the spinach dip. We will definitely be back soon!

My family and I went to Kelsey’s for the first time. I must say it was 10/10. Our server Ashley was probably one of the best servers in Canada. If she didn’t live so far I would offer her a job in my company. The food was delicious and the service was tremendous.

Great location with good food and drinks. The spinach dip is legendary as the menu suggests. The funnell cake fries are a perfect dessert to split on a date. The cocktails and drink specials are very reasonable compared to most places. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked good and the portions are fair.The customer service and store specific followup from the manager, Ian, was impressive.

The service was impeccable and beyond courteous. We were greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. Staff was accommodating and told us some of her favourites and things to try. Our appetizers and drinks came out so quick and were so good. Dinner was fantastic and I will definitely be back to eat here. Way to go staff and management well done!!!! Thank you for making us feel amazing.

The best part was the side salads. The hot dog was ok but nothing special, same goes for the wings. I guess I will have to try other options on the menu. Service was friendly!

An updated review: Overall, the food wasn't bad. A quick warning though, the bourbon BBQ pasta is fairly spicy for those who are not used to spice. It doesn't say it in the menu, so just a quick warning. The Alfredo was a little bland, especially when compared to the bourbon BBQ. Appetizers were good, wings were good.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. I happened to be holding a couple empty take out cups when we entered assuming I would come across a garbage but didn’t. The bartender caught my eye and took them for me immediately. Our server (Taylor C) was incredibly attentive and so lovely. She checked in regularly and was very accommodating of any request made. We were acknowledged by every staff member that was within a 5 foot radius or made eye contact. I looked up wanting a to-go container and before I could even begin to look for Taylor another employee saw that I wanted something and came from across the room. Absolutely superb service! Then to top it off the food was fantastic! My dad had the chicken parm, my mom had a chicken wrap and I had the Thai curry chicken. Everything was perfect and so beyond delicious. My parents recently moved into that area (8 months ago) and have been to this Kelsey’s at least 10 times now because they love it so much. Highly recommend!

This place was redone and we went on first day. The place was buzzing, serving staff was excited. The food was a bit late for Thur evening. The spinach dip came overdone and dry. Staff was nice to change the dip but bread became cold and chewy. Regardless, the dip was great taste. Wings was ordinary, mash potatoes were less than desirable, steak wrap was good, loaded fries was ordinary again. Drinks were non memorable.However, on plus side, staff was very helpful, plenty of parking, ambience was amazing, portions were good. Price was reasonable.I'll come back for the buzz, ambience, portions, service and value for money.

If I could give no stars for the service I received at this Kelsey's, I would.We ordered two Chicken Fried Chicken dinner, which were to be smothered in Roadhouse Gravy, which is clearly a WHITE gravy in the picture.We received two chicken dinners smothered in regular BROWN gravy. Rather than take responsibility for the error and correct the mistake, the waitress offered up many excuses and even tried to convince us that this brown gravy was the Roadhouse gravy. We even showed her the picture with the white gravy, but she remained firm in her ignorance.The food was okay but not what I ordered. I didn't send it back for fear that another type of mystery gravy would be added.Looking back, perhaps I should've asked to speak to a manager, especially when the waitress started making up recipes for the gravy off the top of her head.I can't find the pictures, but I will update my review once found.
