Wonderful service! Very happy with my Russian volume lashes! It’s been about 5 days now and I haven’t noticed any lashes fall out yet. It’s normal for them to begin falling out as days go on. Grateful they haven’t yet! They were so accommodating with my schedule when booking my appointment and for that I am so appreciative. I definitely recommend Royal Day Spa!

Michelle was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to go blonde. She did such an amazing job on my hair, she really took her time and focused on every detail from colour to cut. She truly cares about the integrity of your hair. She is also super knowledgable about all things hair related, she really educated me on the right products and tools to use on for my hair.The best part is, she has such a great personality and is super fun to talk to!!

Queen does an excellent job on eyelash extensions! She is gentle and quick and makes sure she does a perfect job. I've had an awesome experience every time.

Beware if you are buying off GROUPON! I bought the classic set with one refill. I went in for my first application, and they didn't understand what I meant by I did not want them to be too full looking because of the language barrier. Besides that they charged me tax when it is not indicated on the Groupon voucher that tax will be extra, which I talked to the Groupon customer service and in less it is stated on the voucher that tax is extra they can not charge you it in store, so they charged me tax without it be ing stated on Groupon voucher. Also, because of unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to go back within the 3 week refill period, so when I was finally able to go in, they said it was too late. I asked if my remander of my Groupon fort he refill could be used towards another set. They said no. So I paid for a service that I did not get, and they did not offer me any sort of refund or options to use the remander of my Groupon that I paid for. So now I'm out 30$ worth of service. There are lots of other places to go. Would not recommend it here. Rude and unprofessional.

I bought a Groupon for full set of classic eyelash extensions. It took about an hour and a half (longer than I expected) but it was worth it. Mimi was meticulous and did a fantastic job. It’s been almost five weeks and my lashes still look really good even without a refill. Even though I’ve had some fall out (which is normal), it doesn’t look patchy. I highly recommend this place!

I had the opportunity to visit this spa by chance, as I had my lashes done elsewhere and needed them to be redone ASAP! Visited Groupon where I found a deal, hence my visit with them. First off, Mimi is the lash whisperer lol... she removed the previous mess seamlessly and without pain, so much so I fell asleep throughout the entire procedure and woke up with beautiful full natural lashes. Very clean, fresh establishment with a calming atmosphere. The staff were very nice a quick to answer questions I asked after my appointment, I highly recommend and will return in the near future.

I did my lashes for the first time in this salon. The same day lashes started falling down. I didn't take shower nor i applied any creams. I called them ans they asked me to go back so they can fix it. I did so, and again samething happened. I called but they simply ignored my messages. Waste of monry and time!!! Both pictures are taken the same day they fixed" it.Update :After calling few times I finally was able to talk to the owner. I just wanted them to remove the remaining lashes and refund my money. They were insisting to give me credit

I am very satisfied with the Lumecca IPL treatment. The results were great and Saadia is always very professional. I would definitely go back
