Very good service, repaired my 43 years old GE oven still working great.

Un tres bon service fiable à prix abordable. Il a réparé mon lave-vaisselle bloqué.

Would never call this service again. Paranoid about going into your home when fully vaxed and masked but want you masked and 6 ft. away. I was half way down hall holding my dog. When I asked what he was worried about slammed door and left. He is in wrong business. I always shop local but not this time!

I am really greatful to the technician who came to look at my washer today. He not only figured out what the problem was, and did everything he could to try and fix it while he was here (but the problem wasn't something parts are carried for), he encouraged me to push to have the washer covered under warranty ($580 quote for the part and labour) by the manufacturer even though it was from Sears and one that might not have been covered otherwise. He went out of his way to help me in every way possible. I highly recommend this company for their service, not just for their work, but for their compassion.

Great service. Came the next day. And ended up nothing was wrong with the washer. He checked everything. Its my water that is a problem. Reasonable rates and didnt wait long for help.

Have used this company twice now, once for a fridge and again for a dryer. They call you back quickly and get the work done incredibly fast. Prices are good too.

Just spoke with Roch about my oven. He could easily have come over and charged me for a service call yet we spent 20 minutes on the phone diagnosing the issue with my stove to come to different options. Best one was to not have a service call or fix it (it can still be used with a lighter). I'll gladly call him when I need service on any appliance. Honest service.

No matter your appliance they will either fix it or give you a few options. They have been doing this for a very long time and they know what they are doing, service is quick and reasonably priced.
