Service excellence! Dylan was my primary tech, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He showed and explained why I not only needed an oil change but also an air filter and coolant replacement. There was no pressure, he gave info so I could make an informed decision! There was an issue with rusted shield bolts on my car and this team worked to get it off so service could be completed! Dylan made a solid recommendation I followed through on for repair. A big thank you to David also for his hands on and friendly, educational service. Love this place!

The boys over at Take 5 Oil Change really make me feel right at home. Fast and friendly but most importantly, thorough service.Not only do they change your oil, they top up all your fluids (comes really handy during the winter/snowy months) along with free top ups until your next oil change!Keep up the great work gents! Probably the best customer service I've ever had! The guys here are so friendly and knowledgeable. They checked in at every step so I knew what I was paying for, showing me the dirty filters before swapping out and giving me their recommendations. The whole process took probably less than 15 minutes, it was so fast and convenient! I've only ever used garages/dealerships in Toronto where I would need to leave my car, usually for the whole day. I was visiting my parents in Georgetown and my Dad recommended this place since I was overdue for an oil change and I'm so glad he did! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

I always take my truck here for oil changes. The staff is incredible! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Take 5. They always go above and beyond in service. They even do wiper blade replacements! Thanks guys!

They damaged my vehicle and took 0 responsibility - after 45 minutes and 5 guys under my car they said that the oil drain gasket was damaged and I had to get it re-threaded to a bigger size and also buy a new plug. They tried to blame the guys before them… and their solution? Go next door and they ONLY charge $80 to retread a new hole… they GLUED the drain plug back on and still charged me full price for the oil change….Never bring your car here. Now I am stuck finding someone who will fix their mess.

WOW! I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service like this. Dan is an employee, that companies should use as a customer success model. He and his staff are professional, courtesy and go above and beyond. He changed my battery which was starting to become a critical problem in my Jeep, he was reassuring and extremely PROFESSIONAL, I would highly recommend going to Take 5 Oil Change for any of the services they offer. Great Experience!

Fantastic staffs. Really knowledgeable and also very friendly. If you want to just drive by and have the oil change done in no time plus top up and fill all fluids and general inspections as well. All 4 tires have been pumped to proper air pressure as well.All you need is to drive in and sit inside the car for 30 mins generally.
