C’est dans mes habitudes de publier un commentaire lorsque je fais affaire avec des professionnels compétents, efficaces et à l’écoute et c’est ce qu’on retrouve chez Bourcier Ventilation. Des gens dévoués à offrir une expérience client hors pair. Bien que notre idée était déjà faite sur le produit que nous voulions installer dans notre nouvelle maison, Jean-Sébastien a su nous conseiller et nous guider tout au long du processus. Je peux témoigner qu’avec lui c’est du relationnel et non du transactionnel. Il y a là une distinction à faire ! De ce fait, je n’hésite pas à recommander cette entreprise. Merci pour le super produit, mais surtout la belle expérience.

J'ai eu une excellente expérience d'installation de mon système Minotair dans mon condo avec Bourcier Ventilation Inc. Des gens courtois, efficaces, compétents. Je recommande Bourcier et Minotair sans hésitation. Depuis l'installation, c'est le grand confort dans mon condo.

After some careful research we decided to install a Minotair unit for heating, venting and cooling our passive house and we’re reasonably happy with that choice. Bourcier Ventilation was the only option for us to source the Minotair in this area (Laurentians / Laurentides). The quality of workmanship for the actual installation was good. Unfortunately we didn’t get enough support with engineering before the install so ducts that could have perhaps been hidden in walls or subfloors had to be run in custom built bulkheads which added to our construction costs. We also found that we are getting 4-5C of temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs that indicate there isn’t sufficient ventilation or air mixing in the house which again points to the lack of engineering design prior to construction. Be aware that this contractor will try and hit you with extra costs on the last day of installation. Bourcier also forgot to include condensation drain lines which lead to water dripping onto and getting inside our $6k Minotair unit shorting some of the electronics. Five months after being without a functioning display Bourcier is yet to remedy the situation or return my messages. I also tried contacting Minotair to see if they could help but I guess they must get a lot of business through Bourcier as they were not willing to help out. We love our Minotair but it is not worth the cost of dealing with a poor contractor. I would not recommend hiring Bourcier Ventilation to do HVAC work in your home.
