Great customer service! I ordered a couple discs and ended up getting one in the wrong plastic type. I had already thrown it a couple times before realizing. I emailed Dan Coombs, and he made it right. He gave me a discount on the disc I ordered and shipped it to me free of charge. Very impressed with the service and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just placed my first and definitely not last order. The experience has been excellent. There is someone on the other end asking questions and generally making me feel like they want the experience to be great. I ordered the mystery box, and can't wait for it to come in. I look forward to many more orders! Discs came in day after I bought them. They shipped it right away. Can't wait to try them out!

Have ordered several discs from here and they come fairly quickly and at competitive prices. I have also found they have a good selection. I can find discs here I sometimes can't find elsewhere. Customer service is excellent, they recently made a small mistake on my order and got back to me on a Sunday with a quick solution.

One of the items I ordered happened to actually be out of stock, Daniel emailed me right away and asked if he could substitute another one in. That one was actually more expensive but he did it for the same price. He was very quick to respond to questions, and the shipping was very quick.I will definitely order again!
