The service section was fairly good but, customer service was incredibly irresponsible and responding unprofessionally even childish. I had had deal with 2 places of Toyota, a Honda dealer, a GM, a Ford, Other Mitsubishi, and Nissan during past 30 years, but I never been treated irresponsible this far. Again, the service is good, but I won't be back again

Brand New and looking good but the service is slow and old-school, writing everything on paper and making the process 20x longer than the next slower place we were at this week... Although the sales staff is very polite, courtious and friendly.

I had an excellent service and very good experience with a young, dynamic and very honest sales representative named David Bleau-Anglehart. We went to buy an RVR 2019 we had all the information and even did a test drive. We didn't felt pressured. David was very patient and polite. His Manager also took time to explain all the calculations and figures and answered our questions relating to the financing/leasing options of RVR 2019. I recommend David for his positive attitude, willingness to negotiate and politeness.

I'll never visit this dealership again. Very bad customer service. Feels like they are doing you a favor just by answering your questions. Unprofessional counter person at a parts department. Mitsubishi is a great company that makes great cars. Unfortunately this dealership employees makes customer's turn around and shop elsewhere.

Mitsubishi is a nice car but Never buy car from this Dealer as they have awful customer care. I’ve ordered a car to expect to have it as their promise this week but besides my many calls to follow up with no reply at all, I’d been there in person and I was shocked ! The person in charge told my case is not even started yet as he was busy ! Once he have time he’ll work in my case and then after he’ll order my car which will take at least one to two more weeks to get it !! It’s really frustrating

The best Mitsubishi Dealership !!!After a very unprofessional experience with another Mitsubishi dealership, I decided to visit the Brossard Mitsubishi to book an appointment for an oil change and service.I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff and their professional approach as well as their cozy customer launch area with free coffee and internet.The service manager acknowledged my concerns and provided me with immediate service ( They serviced my car within 45 minutes the same day ).I also had a chance to meet with the sales manager that provided me with lots of details regarding the new 2023 PHEV Outlander.I will strongly encourage all Mitsubishi owners to visit this dealership since they are under brand NEW administration and their level of customer support is very accommodating and professional.
