Nova Craft Canoe

I went in to simply look at the store and check out the selection of canoes. The staff was great and very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable of what canoes would meet my needs. I would recommend that if you are looking for a Nova Craft Canoe, you have to check out their main store in London.

Fantastic service and some of the best canoes for backcountry tripping! The staff were extremely friendly and made sure that they took the time to help secure the canoe to the top of our car and showed us all the tips and tricks to do it well.After extensive research, we chose the Prospector 16' and we couldn't be happier. One of the best all-round tripping canoes available.If you are thinking of getting a new canoe, buy it from Nova Craft. You won't be disappointed!

Purchased a canoe, got a great deal on a factory second. Sarah was amazing, she was very patient, took the time to answer all our questions and show us many of the canoes in inventory. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Great knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. I had my canoe refinished there. They told me the different options available and offered to sell me the supplies needed to do the job myself if I wanted. I still trusted the professionals, but it shows they aren't all about the $$.

Not really the greatest brand out there for canoes if you compare it to an H20, Swift, Souris River, Scott etc I'd say they are a bit inferior. The fitment of the painter loop ring drilled through the hull instead of mounted on the deck I don't particularly like and I often notice paint cracks there.

My wife and I were looking for two kayaks, trolling kijiji and looking for sales since it was Fall. I stumbled across London's Paddle Shop by accident and went in and asked the guy there for a quick rundown on kayak shopping. He was super informative with no pressure sales tactics at all. I brought my wife to the store and a different staff member, Jennifer, walked us through everything again and showed us some good deals. They make their own kayak brand, Aquafusion, and it felt good to buy a couple of kayaks made right here in London. They're not high-end but seem like good kayaks that will serve us well for a long time. We needed everything, roof racks, paddles, etc. They were happy to provide us with a lot of that stuff but weren't pushy when we wanted to get some stuff elsewhere. When we picked up our kayaks, Jennifer and the nice guy I met the first time were all over helping us load them on top of the car properly and teaching us stuff. We're super excited to get out on the water; this store made getting there a very pleasant experience. Thanks Jennifer, you were awesome!

Super great experience here!Came by for a curb-side pickup of a kayak and had the best experience. Buying over the phone was quick and easy, the person over the phone was super kind :) Once I got there, Jennifer helped me put it on my car and was really nice. 10/10 experience, thanks!

Excellent experience getting everything I needed to outfit my canoe. They were happy to offer advice and chat with me about the questions I had about my first canoe restoration. The technicians in the back are knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful as well - creating solutions for some issues I was encountering. Thanks team!

The great shopping experience for canoe/kayak. I visited them one day before Canada Day, which was very busy. The staff there are friendly and knowledgable. The managed to get my canoe after I placed order from phone, and showed me how to put it on roof rack and tie them up properly. I enjoyed the canoe so far. Highly recommended to visit them if you are in GTA.

I was trying to get an update for my canoe and read the post about how exceptionally bad Nova's delivery time is. I can confirm that post is accurate. I have been waiting two and a half years and they have no information about delivery. I have talked to reception and asked for updates but they never provide info. I was also told 3 to 4 months when ordered. What an incredible JOKE. I'm sure it's not a coincidence that NOVA is a 4-letter word; they provide 4-letter service. I will never deal with them again.
