I used to really enjoy ordering from here but I think since new ownership the quality has definitely declined. Used to order the lemongrass chicken but now the chicken looks like rubber and the sauce is a very unappetizing consistency.. I believe that you guys can turn it around and do better :)

Great friendly customer service, patient and recommended the Laksa soup, I'm glad I got it because it was definitely packed with flavour and all sorts of veggies!

Ordered the pineapple fried rice. They put in tons of mushy broccoli and huge chunks of carrots and every vegetable I think they had. I purposely choose this dish because I like the veggies that the menu said was in it. I didn't want peas, carrots, corn or broccoli. I will never get this again. Not likely to ever order anything from them again, first time and last time.

Used to be the best place for lemongrass chicken but not since the new owners took over. Ordered the red curry tonight because it has green beans, my favorite veggie & got zucchini instead. At least let me know you were out when I ordered it, c'mon. Doesn't even look close to the picture on the wall menu & taste is just bland. Don't waste your money or time. Just cause your at the mall kiosk doesn't mean you can serve us slop with your rice. Totally recommend Pick Thai downtown or Bamboo Chopstix. Fresh & tasty with a satisfying portion.

It's Thai to go. It's good for what it is. Other reviews are a bit harsh for fast food Thai.I got the pad Thai and it was pretty darn delicious.

Ordered online through uber, I asked for cuttlery specifically a spoon and they gave me chopsticks for a rice bowl. I order from them frequently and have had many times where they don't follow instructions. Especially frustrating when you're at work and cant leave to grab a spoon/fork so you can actually eat. Not dealing with this one more time. If you're ordering online... Don't.

Ordered the Vietnamese noodle soup with beef. Couldn’t find hardly any beef… maybe 2 crumbled pieces. The noodles were all stuck together and had way too many and not enough broth.
