The employees are good, fast the only issues arise when mobile orders or skip orders come in then it will be a wait unfortunately. When those aren't being filled it's fast. I prefer one of the workers to make an ice coffee since she makes it honestly better.

Check your order. Things missing. Staff will not pick up the phone, cannot bring items back for correction. Don't normally rate fast food, however going into a 12hr shift and not getting any meat on my order is beyond frustrating. I counted 5 staff members sipping coffee and chatting about having not filed taxes etc... perhaps they need to pay less attention to their personal lives and work while they're on the clock.

Very horrible management. Whoever manages this place should maybe rethink about getting trained again or maybe choose another career I don’t know but they are not good at their job. The lady at front was wearing a grey full sleeve and i think she is the supervisor or manager, I’m unsure, is very unprofessional and rude to begin with. The higher level management should look into this, considering they are better at their job hopefully. Very bad and slow service.Just wanted to clarify that this is fast food right? Well, i would call it slow-like-a-snail food for their speed. Honestly, I don’t mind waiting but they should know how to communicate with people which is a bare minimumJust don’t go if you value your time and money!

This was a great experience the friendly staff made my morning. The staff work together well and showed their customer service skills off. My ordering experience was second to none the food was great and I really felt as if they cared. That is hard to find in this age of robotic service. I would definitely reccomend you eat here for breakfast or any other meal. Thanks McDonald's for making my breakfast experience a good one !

The morning staff are awesome. The menu is limited to certain items. No filet of fish here at this location as well as Angus burgers and grilled chicken plus no milk shakes. No salad or smoothies. Breakfast items are limited. No bagels or lattes. Lots of seating, very clean and bright. No washrooms in this location, you have to use Wal-Mart ones. There is a kiosk there now.

Orders all wring after a 15minute wait, replacement food for correct items were cold. No apologies received. Avoid this store.

Well I'll start with the obvious the service is horrible. Waited way to long for a coffee and fries while they continued to prioritize skip and dash orders as well as in store mobile orders, keep in mind it was not busy when I placed my order.Could continue but would be to long to read. Best option at this McDonald's is to be a mobile order.

Burgers continue to shrink over the years, prices higher than most competitors, although the app is helpful in levelling this. Seems understaffed, a post COVID symptom I'm sure, though worth noting if you are looking for quick service. McDonalds is struggling in these areas.

I feel the Two Nations McDonald’s quality does match the quality of other locations in the city for both food and service.
