Corey will lie about you on his report. Many aspects of home assessment for sgi were incorrect and he doesn't have the decency to correct anything. May not seem like much but claiming I lived 30 kms different than I did affects pay for travel expenses. Claiming he assessed my movements and range of motion when I was not asked any such thing. Everything written is assumed to be fact, I recorded the full thing Corey. Is it fraudulent to write false statements? Let's find out together
