Product selection and pricing is decent, but:1. Some products are dropshipped directly from China - which is disingenuous when next day shipping is offered but email correspondence says it might take up to 14 business days.2. QA can be lacking. An order with an MOQ of 100 arrived with less than 100.3. Communication from the business is really lacking.Consider shopping around for alternatives.

I have always had great products and fast shipping from Zakka. Love the fact that some of the boxes they sell, fit through the Shipping Slot which has saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend them and will be purchasing more products from them. Debbie.

I do not recommend this shop. I bought boxes that were of the worst quality I have ever seen. I wrote a review on their website which they have now deleted.Pic 1 & 2 : 7 boxes with defect and others damaged.Pic 3 : before shippingPic 4-5-7 : after being returned to sender.They asked me to return them at my own cost and that they would take a 15% restocking fee, this is not the way to refund an order when your product is so clearly defective.I've lost about 150$ with that order.

Great turnaround for orders both pick up and shipping. Overall, I've had no issues with this company and I purchase majority of my packaging items from Zakka. The images seen on their website look exactly the same as the actual products. Good customer service. I would definitely recommend them. My only pointer would be to offer exclusives pricing to repeat customers like myself.

Updated Review:I placed an order several months ago from ZAKKA. I placed it timely and expected it to arrive in a timely manner, considering that I live 45 minutes from the store. First I noticed that I was given shipping details for UPS and not Canada Post which was the service purchased at check out. Second, I noticed after a few days that there shipping details were not updating. I contacted ZAKKA and was told to wait. I knew something was off because I live 45 minutes away, and waited, and still not update. Hence began a series of back and forth, waiting for them to get back to me, then telling me to wait, me asking them to contact the shipper, me basically leading everything, no customer service or concern at all. It took months to come to a resolve, which was me just asking for a damn refund. 45 minutes away. Will never purchase from this place again.—————Shipping is always prompt and staff is quick to resolve issues. Thank you for supplying my small business!

Great service, and great turnaround.Ordered:- Black Bubble Poly Mailer- Pink Deluxe Suede pouch- Polishing micro fibresAnd they were all great, in amazing condition and how they look on their website.Will definitely be using them again as my supplier of boxes and PolyMailers.

I'm very happy with my custom branded boxes from Zakka. The turnaround was fast and the quality is fantastic. Great customer service and communication. I shopped around before deciding on a supplier and Zakka was definitely the best in terms of value for money and a low minimum order of 100 boxes, which is perfect for a small business like mine. They seem to be the only Canadian based supplier that offer 2 high boxes at an affordable price."

I am completely shocked at the product quality of the Velvet jewellery boxes which they ares supposed to be of high quality, 21 items out of 65 were not able to endure more than 1 time Open-Close before the mechanism fails. I have contacted their support and they are trying to evade responsibility. I didn't want to get the same boxes from China for a fraction of the price assuming that to buy from a Canadian company means a quality control process has been implemented to assure the products quality. I am totally disappointed and loosing confidence in doing business with Canadian companies.
