This store has only been a Long and Mcquade for about two months. So, they are still getting things organized. This is evident in the way everything is set up in display. Nothing is really departmental. Stock is limited, but I was assured it would be growing. This set up leads to some very cramped quarters. Anxious to see how the store progresses.Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Wish them the best.

I was looking for a pedal and it was sold out virtually everywhere. According to L&M site there was one available in Tillsonburg. I called and sure enough they had the pedal. I let them know I'd like to purchase it. They asked for $50 to hold it. Picked it up the same day via curbside pick up and paid the balance at the door. Nice friendly service. Kudos.
