Terrible experience went there to buy a cartridge for my printer, not very friendly, bad customer relation skills to say the least, came back home inserted the cartridge into the printer and did to test page, looked and noticed ink running out of the printer and onto my carpet, wow what a mess apparently when filling the cartridge there to plug the filling hole, well my cartridge I purchased was not plugged very well, called back and was told they are tested. Stay away pay the extra and buy from elsewhere, save yourself the nightmare.

I am really grateful for this company. They provide excellent service and their minimum order amount for delivery is really reasonable. We will continue to purchase all of our replacement toners from The cartridge Guy (Pty) Ltd.

I am usually the type of person that purchases new ink cartridges all the time as I rarely use the printer. I now have a job where the printer is used a lot more.Customer service at this location could be a little better when it comes to greeting the customers. Very monotone when communication with the client.I tried out the refill option. Due to my cartridge being old, the ink ran out in 20 pages. I asked the manager if there was anything they could do. He gave me a refilled cartridge and didn't ask for any money for this. This shows that they are trying to retain customers which is a ++ for me.The new cartridge that was refilled is working great. I will definitely do business here again and again. They currently have buy 9 refills and get the 10th free. I hope they continue using this. Thanks again Cartridge World.

Good service, fills my cartridges in 5-10 minutes every time, even has pre-filled cartridges available sometimes. Have a loyalty card that you can earn 10th cartridge free. I had a cartridge not work right only once arter refilling, and was given a replacement cartridge for free. One tech is always very friendly, the other guy (looks like pic of owner on website) is almost abrasive and doesn't seem glad to have customers in store-would appreciate better treatment than that-there are lots of ink places around....

Well noticed the bad review are from several years back, so I do not know if their is a new owner or what, but all I can say is that in the past year I have gotten new cartridges for my printer and always had good service and cartridges have never been an issue. The cartridges I use are not Name Brand but do just as well and cost a hell of a lot less than HP. Always been told that if I have any problems to get in touch with them. During the week you have the added bonus of playing with Diesel, the cute as hell dog they have. Be warned Diesel is particular in his bribes and prefers Milk Bone.

I just drove all the way here to have my business cartridge filled and the door is locked, open sign lit up and nobody answered the phone. Please update your Google information. If the door is locked, you are NOT open. It could read by appointment only...

I inquired about the refilling of a laser cartridge (TN-580) and was given a price that was the same as a brand new retail cartridge ($100). I proceeded to order a compatible re-manufactured cartridge from Amazon for $16.85 + taxes, about 80% cheaper than what this shop quoted me. I would have liked to benefit a local business, but not for over 500% mark up.This is a follow up to the owner's response. I would have gladly paid double the price at $40 to receive personal and speedy service at your shop, but not over $100. You offered to refill my existing cartridge with toner for $100. From your response I doubt the toner particles are even made in Canada, or Kitchener so there is nothing local about your product. And to answer your last question, my toner from Amazon has been working great for $16 plus taxes.

Posted hours says opens at 9am, arrived at 9:30, doors locked. No answer on phone either. Guess I will go elsewhere. Save your time folks, don't bother. Update Jan 24 : 4pm. Came out to the store again and burned myself again. Doors locked, no phone answer. Time wasted twice. Seriously people don't waste your time unless you got time and fuel to burn.
