Slowest worker i know, can't deliver a permit within 6 months, that's ridiculous. The security industry is under seige because of their lack of competency, we're burning our staff cause we're waiting on them to supply permit to people, people go work somewhere else because they can't afford 6 months without pay and they need to eat and pay bills.Wake-up people, hire more staff, you're killing the security industry

Two staff members told me the only missing is payment. Geta email telling me ID and first aid course is needed. Can tell me what ID is missing, Send me a cancellation form for refund ,but refusing to refund me ($162.00 . Left msg on their phone. Did not get a single call back. Lousy customer services Their offer me $52...instead $162.....a real Joke

One star is even generous for this company, I have applied for my agent license SIX weeks ago!! And still didn't receive it, when I call the office it's a direct hang-up or goes to voicemail then hangs-up without delay, the worst service company ever, such a shame that they're the only ones responsible for these services.

They haven't processed an almost 4 month application. I was calling lady didn't even explain anything and hung up on me. Wasting my time and money, Did they get like 10 millions applications or something? ridiculous.

They never answer to the phone. I called many times, and left messages on voicemail, but they never called back. They like only to get paid.

Worst service ever answers the phone after 1 hour of wait and can not help you and hang up on your face. Do not do there job right and only collect money.If I had an option to give 0 star I would do it.

Excellent and professional service. They were quick in answering all of my questions. They know their business. The only inconvenient is that this office is way out near Dorval when it would better serve everyone if it were either downtown or near the FTQ building on Crémazie (just my 2 cents).
