shout out to the assistant manager(can't remember name but he was a Habs fan) who helped to resolve a situation I had with a defective product that I had purchased 3 months earlier. very professional and helpful.

Had an employee find me spark plugs for my truck, spark plugs ended up being the wrong gap causing check engine light to come on for 4th and 8th cylinder misfires. This in turn caused a trip to the dealership and diagnostic tests and purchasing new correct plugs. A $500 mistake and the manager can't even be bothered to accept or return a phone call.

Will not recommend extremely rude staff. Called about a battery was told they carry it and had one in stock.. my mom went to get it and Jacob was rude saying they don't carry it and flicked the battery with the screw driver..seemed to be put out about having to serve a customer..if this is the way you treat customers especially seniors..shame on you!! Won't go back or recommend.

If I had a choice I would give them no stars.Stay away from PartSource stores.Went to them with an old light bulb and a picture of the replacement package of what I needed. I needed H11 light bulbs and the clerk told me H11B would work. Went home tried to install, not even close to fitting.Went back to the store for refund and they told me light bulbs where final sale, no refund. Would not take any responsibility for selling me the wrong bulbs. Now I am out $55.48 and still have to buy the right bulbs.Good way to move products that are not selling, tell customers that it will work for them even when they know it will not and refuse to give refund when they try to return. Do not take any suggestions for replacement parts from these scam artists. Better still stay away from this store, there are better places to shop at.Went to Napa Auto Parts on McDonald Street, very knowledgeable staff, found what I needed and they where $8.00 a bulb cheaper.Will never go back to a PartSource store again and would discourage every body else to stay away.

Boyfriend and i were on our way home when the belt in his car blew. The staff at Part Source were amazing! Very efficient, kind and helpful with what we needed. They may have closed at 5pm but were nice enough to stay open a little past so we could get home! Thank you so much. If i could give more stars i definitely would. Highly recommend going here!

The other location on Albert the guy wasted two hours of my day with wrong parts and attitude. This location went above and beyond to make it right they sympathize with the mistake they covered the cost difference with the right part, and the little blonde behind the counter was the sweetest most polite thing customer service could have. The gentleman that helped me even gave a jug of washer fluid as a sorry for the other location. Avoid Albert location and just come here.

The staff were very helpful and patient when looking up the parts I needed. Prices are very competitive. All the staff were very professional, polite, and helpful. Will definitely do business here again and I recommend you check it out for parts and auto supplies.

Every employee in this store is great, they are kind, friendly, helpful and always try to make sure you got the right part. I've been going here for the past 3 years and I've had 0 issues with the staff, definitely recommend going here.
