I’ve already used Coastal Closets twice and every time I was very pleased with their friendly, affordable and reliable service.Coastal Closets installed white closets in the guest room and my daughter’s room.The installers were on time and they did a great job.I’m very happy with the result and I would recommend Coastal Closets to anyone looking to do any closet renovation.

Pros: they are a local business and they will work with your space to create a custom design leaving no weird gaps and everything fit perfectly. I only waited ~2 weeks between the initial consultation and installation. Their prices are also fairly reasonable.Cons: because they are a smaller shop, they don't provide a large range of materials and finishes like some other companies do. There were one or two instances where it was difficult to reach them by phone, and their online scheduling interface is a bit clunky. But there were no miscommunication issues and the installation was done on time, no complaints.

Coastal Closets did an awesome job installing my new bedroom closets and hallway closets; even when i added more halfway through the job, they were responsive and attentive to my needs. They look so much better than i could have even imagined, and their utility is fantastic! its cleared up so much space for me. I am very pleased and happy to recommend them!
