Jesse and Derek go above and beyond. They are honest, reliable, and excellent at explaining the problem and providing a solution. Their expertise and quick turn-around time keep our vehicles on the road. J&M takes care of all of our regular maintenance, such as oil changes and tires needs, as well as general repairs. We have been going to J&M for four years and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend J&M!

Went because my engine light was on. They checked it within 10 minutes of arriving, said what the problem was, and that it wasn't a big deal and wouldn't affect my driving or safety. It was refreshing to not try to be sold on repairs I didn't need. By being courteous and honest, they have gained a new customer in me for any future repairs and maintenance I may need.

I Want To Give Thanks To These Guys For Helping Me Out With My Winter Tires. They Also Went Above & Beyond To Look At The Car To See If There Was Any Other Issues Because Of Something I Noticed While Driving. They Assured Me That There Wasn’t Anything Wrong With The Car. This place is fabulous, professional mechanics who really care about the customer. I give them a 5+ as they did a terrific repair job on my vehicle at a very reasonable price. Don't go to the dealer who offers a free car wash but believe me you'll regret it when you get their bill. I won't go anywhere else now. They are honest and very friendly and listen to you and will do everything to find out what problems there are with the car. Thank you so much guys You made my day!

A truly phenomenal experience at J&M. Was referred to these guys by a friend as I just bought my mustang from a private seller. Jesse got mein that morning and he and the team had it safetied by noon. In my experience, just old school, straight forward, honest customer service. I took my car in for servicing and new brakes, a few weeks ago. It was my first time coming here and going to new mechanic is always nerve wracking as you don’t know if they will be honest with you or not. However I felt like they were so honest and up front with me. I don’t feel like they were trying to rip me off but were wanting to give me the best service at the best cost. They were so helpful answering all my questions. Their service was so quick but they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend. You have a lifelong customer in me!
