Nova Hydroseeding & Erosion Control

Had a residential hydroseed job done 6 weeks ago. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now, as the back grass has come in super patchy and I wanted to know if anything can be done. I've left several emails, phone messages and tried contacting them through their website, with no replies.I'm guessing because as it's a smaller residential job, they don't care, but a customer is a customer in my opinion.I wouldn't book any work through this company again, solely due to the fact that they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

The owners Scott and Kendra Casey are ripping off their subcontractors and refusing to pay.They are hiring companies knowing full well they will not pay them.Do not do business with this company as they are living well in their new big home and expensive cottage while others are owed money and suffering.

Buyers be ware! Get job scope in writing & take photos before & after!

Very nice owner but result was not good: patchy, grass did not catch on till very late despite ideal condition, poor mix of grass resulting in different results between shades and sun areas, etc. After service was inadequate. The top soil that was used was also not good quality. Lots of weeds and sandy. Land was not prepared well so erosion left trenches on the yard which were not fixed. Nice people but we're quite disappointed with the results.

Not a good outcome. Follow up was spotty. Nice people but I needed a good lawn and didn't get one.
