He made me feel comfortable and left any type of pressure that often comes into play during a sales situation. I recently purchased a vehicle from Kamloops Ford Lincoln. I dealt with Rick P over the phone for about a week before making a trip up to Kamloops from Langley to purchase a vehicle.I found that Rick was super professional and efficient; from responding promptly to my text messages and phone calls to ensuring that everything was set up exactly how we had discussed with no attempts to up sell us or any nonsense.Tushar helped us with our vehicle setup and was also outstanding! He could not have been more professional or friendly.Overall, I would say we had a great experience. Totally worth the short trip up for the vehicle that we wanted but could not get in the lower mainland.

We bought a new EV from Kamloops Ford Lincoln and the process reiterated to me why Tesla's sale model is so much better.Despite being a new flagship vehicle, the salespeople didn't know much about EV's - lots of I'll have to check" and "I'll get back to you". I probably knew as much or more about the vehicle and it's features as the person trying to sell it to me.They had lots of issues getting us our (included) home charger

Kamloops Ford was great! Second time dealing with them, and specifically Cole. Again he went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my choice, full transparency. James and Corey also did some magic to make sure the numbers and the deal worked for me. They all made me feel comfortable and was treated with respect. Very happy with my trade in and choice, they made sure my new truck had everything I wanted on it, and highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a used 2019 F-150 from Kamloops Ford. Sid and Justin made things work pretty smoothly. Both were always available for questions, made time to come in on their days off and did a great job. We are only a few weeks into the purchase but we are various satisfied with the vehicle and the process dealing with the crew at Ford Lincoln. We would certainly recommend the dealership to anyone. Service department is top notch. Mechanics are awesome. product not so much I feel like my truck spends more time in the shop then the road. mostly small things but there has been alot of big things as well.
