I was appalled by the behavior of Rosanne. She was late for the rehearsal and we did only one rehearsal run. The bride & groom agreed she could keep the center pieces & reusable plates after the wedding. We discussed how she could get the plates back that were used & she decided to take the garbage home after the wedding & get them herself. The day if the wedding she arrived late for the set up. The wedding party was helping to set up right before the wedding. During the ceremony she mispronounced the groom's name several times even calling him Tiffany" at one point.
