There is a legend in this place, he is called Mohammed. He gave me the best customer service ever. He don’t sold me a car, he provided me an amazing experience in the process of getting a car , always finding the best option for me. He deserves a rise and to be a high director in the dealership. Finally, his energy is sick.

Dmytro and Tosh were absolute rockstars. They showed me the highest level of service I've ever received while making a purchase. Dmytro has to be the best/funniest guy I've ever met and if anyone is lucky enough to deal with him, it's hard to not walk away with a new vehicle. Tosh fought very hard to get me the best interest rate on my financing. He knows the ins and outs of the system like the back of his hand. The sale girl there completely wasted my time. I was there to looking Tesla model X car, I asked the sale girl on simple questions, like the car range and how to open the back seat, she spent 15 mins on searching on YouTube on the car range and still cannot provide me answer. She doesn’t know anything about the battery life expectancy. She doesn’t even know what the warranty that Tesla come with. Those are simple simple questions, as a sale person that supposed to know. I spent an hour there, she was on YouTube search all the questions I asked her for at least 30 mins. I mentioned that I wanna traded in my car at the beginning when I meet her and ask for appraisal. She didn’t even thought of to bring my car for appraisal until I remind her an hour later. It’s super unprofessional! Please train your staffs before put them on the floor !

I have to come on here to tell you what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Favorit Motors. What I know of Favorit Motors is Sophie as she was the face of the this dealership for me. Hats off to her professionalism, patience and extreme competence in taking care of every thing from start to finish. She worked out every thing that I had requested for, she really made it happen. It all seemed overwhelming to begin with as I had a trade in and what not but she helped making the whole process extremely seamless. She was so patient and purely genuine throughout. Never did I once feel that I am being pressured or obligated to move forward. Her level of patience and communication during the entire process was some thing that left an impact on me. I love this place I bought my first car here a couple months back! So far so good no complaints at all! I believe his name was Jason, but he was really kind and helpful! Not to mention the manager there is extremely friendly, patient and attentive! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced, decent, good used car!
