Lance was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding and patient with us and we walked in just for information about buying two phones, one for me and one for my wife Lance and Jamie contributed to that sale and made it happen. Came to return an iPhone 12 with the device return option at the end of the contract. The device has been in an Apple case and a tempered glass screen protector since day 1, and had 1 small surface scratch on the screen below the protector somehow. The girl at the store(Jocelyn?) Ran her long sharp acrylic nails over the screen, claimed she could feel the indent of the scratch, and therefore the screen was considered cracked meaning I would have to pay $420. Yet another cash grab by Bell, and another reason to avoid this store in particular. I spoke to a different store in Edmonton, and their manager assured me that surface scratches are fine. I will be taking it there instead. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
