Good selection of materials we were looking for and priced very fairly. Unfortunately, the store was very understaffed. When we finally got help from Antonyo, we were pleasantly surprised by his attentiveness and assistance in completing our purchase.

I love this store. I have been to numerous locations and always find alot more then I was looking for. I love the guelph location as im used to the layout. They carry everything a crafter needs. Beads, fabric, wool, needles and so much more. Recently I visited the Cambridge location for a bead project and was so happy with the low prices and choices. I need to see what other locations carry just to kill my curiosity.

Currently their road is undergoing construction so we found it a challenge to get there. However when we call them they were very friendly and give us instructions. The store is full of a wide range of cheaper products including garments, fabrics, yarns, household items etc. It's a well-organized large store so you need to have time when you visit or know exactly what you want.

I keep looking at online fabric, but keep going to Len's to purchase because I need to feel the hand" and stretch to know if it's going to work. I splashed out and got a rotary cutter too with the online coupon. Staff were very helpful. Be prepared to spend some time here. The selection is huge."

Visited the new store on Groh ave and it's amazing! Fabric area is larger than the old store on queen with lots more knit selection. They were just setting up on Friday so still had some unloading to do but I love the fabric no longer being in a musty basement!------------------This review was when the store was located on queen stOne of my favorite stores for fabric - you could spend half a day admiring the fabric. Beware though that the fabric is located in the basement which is musty and bolts are tightly packed but you'll probably find whatever you're looking for. Love the yarn selection here as well.

I love this place!! Robin the fabric lady was exceptional. She helped us find everything we needed for our wedding attire. And went above and beyond by giving my daughter a bottle of water, because she had a tickle in her throat. 100% recommend

Lens Mill has a large selection of fabrics and crafts at good prices. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Veronica was very helpful locating the fabric we were looking for and made our shopping experience much easier!
