Ethnical Aquatics “Chris” is the Most unselfish person/Company I have ever met in this hobby. This man has taken Soooooo Much of his time with helping me out diagnosing what disease my fish had then giving me a step by step guid for treatment. When my LFS wouldn’t even help me out AT ALL and they Basically told me I’m on my own! This company has Sooooo Much compassion and love for these animals and the hobby HANDS DOWN! I wished I live in Canada- but I live in New York and they still helped my out more then I could ever ask!!!! Thank you so mush Chris for everything!!! I wish everyone shared your passion!!!!

Excellent customer service and quick delivery to Niagara (same delivery speed as ordering from GTA in fact). Healthy fish and frags, and pre-quarantined is amazing and worth the shipping fee. It seems like every store in GTA I visited prior to this purchase had sick fish.Thank you for the free frag with the sale.

This is my first time purchasing from Ethical Aquatics.I live in Toronto and wanted to purchase pre-quarantined/medicated fish so I could add them directly to my display tank without quarantining myself.I started by e-mailing them via their website. Chris promptly responded. He advised there would be a slight delay in shipping before I placed my order (not an issue for me and I appreciated the heads up).I ended up ordering 1 regal blue tang, one lawnmower blenny, 1 diamond goby and 2 cleaner shrimp.We emailed back and forth a few times and when it came time to ship the livestock to me, Chris was extremely flexible in shipping dates. He wanted to make sure I would be available to receive them to ensure their healthy arrival. He also provided detailed instructions of how I should acclimate all the fish and shrimp to optimize their transition.The livestock all arrived yesterday (including a free, bonus snail they added for me). I followed all acclimation instructions and added everything to my display tank. I had all the lights off yesterday but I could see they all ate when I added some food in the evening. Today, with the lights on, all the additions are very active and eating without issue. They’ve even started grouping with my original clownfish and yellow tang.I was very concerned about buying shipped livestock but Chris was fantastic at reassuring me along the way. I’m so happy with the product and the service provided. I will 100% purchase from Ethical Aquatics again when I’m ready to add more livestock.
