I called here and made an appointment for a dental emergency. I asked on the phone if they took EIA, they said yes. So I went down only to find out they ask you to cover the difference between what EIA pays and what they charge?! I don't have cash I'm on EIA. Luckily the dentist office across the street by safeway doesn't do this at all and took me in right away. I've NEVER been asked to pay out of pocket unless it's a root canal which I expressed I wouldn't get.Do not use these people if you have EIA. Ridiculous.

The service received was phenomenal. First time I have my dental cleaning and I am not in pain. My children were well looked after. Had excellent dental education. I am certainly recommending this dental center.

Amazing office all around, the receptionist is fantastic very friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment.When we arrived to the office very friendly Jennifer (dental assistant) greeted us and helped me fill out the paper work for my son, she was even interacting/playing with my 3 year old while I finished everything, once we got to the office she was so sweet with my son making him comfortable.Dr. Scott was fantastic with my son, it was his first dentist visit and he didn't want to leave at the end. Very gentle, and explained many things to me in a way that it all made perfect sense. Did feel not rushed at at all, all questions were answered. We both look forward to returning.It is a beautiful office, very clean and fresh.

Got a crown done here, worst dental experience of my life. My crown hurts endlessly, it fell off in a couple months, was reattached but still doesn't fit properly. Had it checked by another dentist that said my crown is slightly too long, so it impacts the teeth below it when it shouldn't. It will keep causing me pain if I leave it, potentially will cause damage to my other teeth and it will be expensive to replace it. So I spent a ton of money on a crown here that doesn't fit my mouth properly and will cause me more problems. Perhaps if I go for the 4th or 5th time asking for it to be fixed maybe it will get done, I'm pretty doubtful at this point since they havent helped me fix it yet.

I initially liked this placed but I had 2 or 3 fillings done in Oct 2022 and they all fell out. And now I have to get them all done again. I'm on insurance and they're making me pay for there mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this place.. No one is waiting on the waiting room for a reason. The worst dentist I've ever been too I should have just stuck with my old dentist.

Took my kids for dental check up today and it was an amazing experience for them. The staffs are friendly and also professional. They do know what they are doing . Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a family dental clinic
