My experience with Sima was great. She gave me all the details I needed. A nurse came to my house for my tests and a few days later I got the results. Sima always replied in a timely matter and called me when she had questions. I highly recommend Bean Healthcare

I was really pleased with how Sante Beacon Healthcare handled my Covid testing. Sima was professional and courteous and made sure I got my results on time before my surgery. I really felt like I was in good hands. The nurse who did the test also made the experience as painless as possible. Will definitely refer back to this team for all my future medical appointments.

The staff at Sante Beacon are quick and attentive. If you need a quick appointment, you will not be disappointed. Sima coordinates the nurse to be at your home at a respectable time that suites you best.

Edit: I recieved a call back hours after leaving this review. They offered to rectify the problem to which I accepted. The test was booked and undertaken within 3 days. The nurse was super friendly. Thank you Antonella for calling back and rectifying this experience, I really appreciate it.Unpopular opinion, but I have not had the best experience. My son needed a speedy blood test. Every time I called, I was given a excuse of bad reception. I gave up after the last call when Sima put me on hold for 5 minutes and then ended the call. No call back. Will look elsewhere now

From the first contact with Sante Beacon Healthcare my experience was extremely positive. They were very efficient in setting up our appointments for our Covid tests. Our nurse, Yvette, was on time and very friendly. Our tests were done quickly and she explained everything to us. Thank you so much for an excellent experience!!

They were very nice and professional and quick. Results came in in minutes but I will not give a 5 star because I could not get a prescription. I had to book an appointment with a clinic either way. I feel like I paid for nothing :( . But they were very nice.

Amazing service super fast and very professional. Everything is emailed right away very efficient. We have used them multiple times for the family and have recommended to friends. Special shout out to Yvette she was amazing and so kind. Keep up the good work guys!
