I had a package to send and I decided to drop it off at this location. It’s a nice well lit and clean store. The staff is friendly and courteous. I was not here for long but the experience was good.

UPS waybill wouldn't scan, it's how it prints from UPS website (tried on two printers). Employees were unwilling to re-print the waybill in store.

Got a notice on door that at 8:40 a.m. package was/is at Baseline Store for pick-up, I was at work, paid $30 for same day delivery. I show up hours later 4:00 pm stores open till 630 p.m. at store, most un professional service every, he said what do you want me to do

Had a package delivered to this location and was unable to pick up immediately, after 7 days they returned to point of origin with no notice or warning. Have been fighting to get my item returned for over a month now, no help from UPS.

The service was outstanding, I received a huge parcel (4 summer tires) and I got a call from this UPS Store for letting me know I got them, then I went to pick them up, the personnel (Elisa) in this store was very kind and helpful, I was very impressed by the service.

Elisa at UPS on baseline was amazing!! We needed to ship out material for work on a Friday evening and had missed the shipping cut off. She made up labels for us quickly and told us to go to the warehouse. Packages have been shipped off for 8pm tonight! She was so professional, kind and helpful. This girl deserves a raise!!

First time shipping from this location. Was surprised at the requirement to manually complete a full sheet of paper (triplicate carbon copies) before they would create a waybill. Seemed very 1990ish....Location also does printing and copy service. 29c a copy effective until August 2006 (according to the sign posted). Post office boxes and shipping supplies too.Costs seemed higher than Purolator and Can Post. Only selected this location as I had a set of documents already in a UPS shipping tube. Thought I'd save the $3 -$4 on a generic shipping tube from Staples.
