Avoid!! Tyler and Connor completely ignored my husbands calls to have his Ram looked at and diagnosed when “service antilock brakes & service electric brakes” warnings came on; they ignored this issue even tho he called 3 times to Tyler(fleet manager) and 2 times to Connor (sales rep)we purchased this 2017 from them 2 months ago!! They do not care about you as a person or your safety! Today he had to call a tow truck as the vehicle was not drivable- we let them know and we STILL have not heard from them …THANKFULLY another Chrysler Ram dealership does care and got him in as soon as they heard it was a brake issue -my husband broke down on the way there! DO NOT GIVE WILLIAMSON CHRYSLER in Uxbridge your business!

Hands down best dealership in the world. I searched for weeks on a new truck after my old one broke down, Williamson Chrysler had the best deal on the market in all categories. Sherry and Joshlene made my experience so easy, even sympathized with the fact that I had been renting while searching for a new truck and had my truck ready a day early!! Joshlene stayed even later than she scheduled to make sure I was taken care of like wow talk about feeling appreciated!! As well as how friendly and easy going Sherry is what a perfect combo! I’m not shopping anywhere else ever again. They will have my business for life!!!

I wanted to share how wonderful a sales guy Jeff Clegg is!! I brought my sister in to find a new vehicle and his help and devotion to her was amazing!! From letting her test drive to finalizing the deal he truly was amazing!! Jeff even went the extra mile and walked her through every feature of her new Jeep!! Jeff you’re a gem for sure!! I really appreciate everything you did to help my Sister and her experience in buying a new Jeep!!Joshlene was also amazing!! Needed a last minute tire repair before a camping trip called and was able to get in and was done in less than 30 mins.The service staff was excellent and the accommodation the provided was not expected but greatly appreciatedWill definitely return when it's time to buy a new vehicle

Recently had the pleasure of working with Connor and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the various products of Chrysler. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences and was able to guide us through the different financial options available to us.What really impressed me about Connor was his professionalism and attention to detail. It was clear that he really cares about his customers and wants to make sure that they are completely satisfied with their purchase. His friendly demeanor also made the experience an ease.
