Over the years I have had occasions where I have had to hire the assistance of different tow truck companies. Recently I had a flat tire and contacted Sterling Towing for the first time. The driver for sterling towing came to my rescue in the dark rainy rush hour. He was pleasant to deal with and was able to repair my tire on the spot for what I thought was a very reasonable price given the friendly fast and efficient service I received. Not long after that, I was at my gym at 5 am and I broke my key in the car door, which was also my driving key . I decided to try my luck with Sterling Towing again and to my surprise Sterling Towing came to my rescue at that time of the morning. I did not wait long at all and he was driving from Burnaby to north Vancouver . The driver dropped me off at my work in Vancouver and then delivered my car to the dealer ship nearest me to be parked until the dealer was open to deal with issuing a new key. I was really impressed by the nice flat deck truck he had lifted my car on to the back deck. I feel this is a great advantage to have because of the less likely hood of my vehicle being damaged on a regular tow truck where the vehicle is pulled. Again my experience was the same fast, friendly and efficient service. In fact, I think the driver went above and beyond in this circumstance. I would not hesitate in recommending this tow truck company for great service and reasonable rates.

Fantastic service. I needed a flat deck operator experienced with high end, lowered collector vehicles. Mike provided quick service, and treated my hot rod as if it was his own. Not a scratch, and the price was very fair. I'd be happy to call Sterling if my ride ever needed another tow.

When my MINI needed towing to the dealer, I started reading reviews of local towing services online. After seeing a glowing review of Sterling Auto Towing, I did some more reading and found more, so I decided to give them a call. Mike was prompt, courteous and professional, took great care hooking up my car and drove carefully to the dealers location. Add me to the list of happy customers, it was a great experience all around. Thanks to Mike for a job well done....two thumbs up. I would recommend Sterling Auto towing to anyone who needed a tow.

I got locked out of my car at 10:45 at night. Decided to call this place and see if they could help since the reviews were pretty good. The guy on the phone, Mike, was really nice and understanding. He came 15 minutes earlier than expected, in his personal car, and wasn't rude or rushing. Opened the door pretty quick, no damage, and charged a decent rate. If I need any towing or service again, I'm definitely calling this company.

I called Sterling Towing in Regards to a very small job. The owner advised a different solution to my issue and went out of his way to explain the solution.He could've easily made his $70 and walked away. He then asked me to text him back advising everything had worked out or else he would come out and give me a hand.Just by that small interaction i am sold on Sterling Towing.Went above and beyond his service.Honestly and integrity will definitely go along way.Highly recommend this company for any auto towing services.Thank you very much.

I believe it was Mike I spoke to. Awesome dude. Have a 1996 Mustang Gt that was having some clutch issues and would not engage properly, called these guys informing what happened. Mike sent out a driver and did phenomenal! Car was lowered and the driver of the tow truck was prepared with wooden blocks. Didn’t even make a single scratch on the front bumper. If you need towing, I highly suggest you deal with this company. Driver didn’t rush anything and took his time making sure that no damage happened to the vehicle.

Great experience. I had good experiences with other towing companies before. However Mike's service was definitely above the pack.My car broke down around 9pm. Called the first towing company I could find, quote me a price that I thought was too high. Then I called BCAA who referred me to another towing company, not much help there. Then I saw Sterling towing's listing on google, who has some good reviews, decided to give them a call and Mike gave me the best price (out of 3).Mike called me after he dropped of my car at the entrance of the repair shop. Then he called 15 min later to tell me that he found a better spot in the rear and will be moving my car over. Instead of dropping the car off at the entrance, he took some time to circle around the repair shop to find a safer spot to park my car till the morning. That's good service.

I waited over an hour for Mundie's. They were rude and kept changing their wait times. I finally cancelled on them and called Sterling Auto Towing.Mike arrived in 5 minutes, was incredibly friendly and good-humored, did his job efficiently and professionally--and all with an injured knee!My car's calibration was off so the wheel couldn't be properly maneuvered however Mike parked it without any problem. I'm so thankful for the service, Mike really is great at his job, I would recommend him to anyone I know. Though that being said, I hope he allows himself time for that knee to heal!10/10.

After reading reviews online I called Sterling Auto Towing Plus for a flatbed truck to transport my '81 Delorean from Burnaby to Surrey. Mike and his crew arrived early, were polite, professional and got the job done flawlessly. I will definitely call Sterling again when I need a tow or transport.Henning W.

Extremely pleasant experience and great all-round service. My car broke down at 2am in a relatively remote area, one towing company gave me an estimate and told me I can expect a tow truck in 4 hours, while other places didn't pick up. I called Mike at Sterling who picked up right away, the estimate he gave me was less than the previous one and told me 1 hour, and he showed up in 25 minutes! Mike was very friendly, easy to reach, and gave me constant updates while I was dealing through my car's roadside assistance. Everything went smoothly, and when Mike arrived, he went above and beyond what I originally requested him to do, and fixed up my car on the spot and got it up and running again, and gave me tips and recommendations for further reassurance. Good rates, great customer service and highly recommended!
