I used Jann's services for a real estate transaction and was impressed with the services. She was timely, efficient and effective. She provided great advice in a consult and through the process. All interactions were with her directly and not a paralegal. She was in tune with our needs as clients as well, accommodating our schedules and time restrictions. She communicated very well and provide the costs up front and broken down so we knew exactly what we were paying for. In my experience with other firms, they are not transparent about fees and we don't even see the lawyer as it is all handled by their staff. Jann is very knowledgeable and always keeps the client informed throughout the process.
