Food is good. But service is under one star! I remenber a waitress she has been working there for very long, Her service is super poor!! Looks like the owner does not care about this business!!

Poor service, all waitresses are very rude. Waitress likes to scream to customers and not willing to cleanup tables. Food order wait time at least half an hour. Won’t come back anymore

Came here for lunch but felt we are unwelcome customers.After sat down, the waitresses passed by us many times and seemed to focus on delivering food to the other tables but not ask for if we were ready to order, even we closed up our menu and looked for their attention steadily.Conversations with waitress were unpleasant. Initially, I'd like to tip 25% because of Christmas holiday(Dec.24), but finally I change my mind to tip 15% only.Not recommend this restaurant if you'd like to get a normal Canadian style service.The meal I ordered was pretty good, I have to note it.

MANDATORY 10% SERVICE CHARGE??Came here for lunch on a weekday with only 3 of us together and they automatically added a 10% service charge at the end of our bill. Is that a new thing? I've only ever been charged for larger groups like 5-6 or more. If this really is how they're going to run their business I DEFINITELY won't return and will advise my friends and family of the service charge. It's probably the restaurant's fault if they feel people aren't tipping well enough that they need to enforce a service charge. I've been to other restaurants from the Taste of Asia group and the service is always bad. Other people have complained too, just read all the reviews!I'd be more okay with the charge if their service was actually good, but the servers never check up on you and you have to constantly call and wave someone down. And when you do get someone, they act rather rude and feel like they don't want to serve you. So why am I paying 10% for such BAD SERVICE????

Pretty good for Chinese food and we do enjoy coming back here, the main dishes as well as the dim sum have always been fresh and tasty, they take a bit of time to be prepared but it is worth the wait for the outcome. Service can be a bit underwhelming and they don't really check up on you unless you flag the servers down, but by big/popular Chinese restaurant standards it's pretty par for the course. Pricing is not bad for the portions so does get a recommendation for if you're looking for varied Chinese food in the area.

I ordered the shrimp wonton soup today. Over 15 minute wait and only 5 wontons, egg noodle and no vegetables. Weakest soup broth I have tasted in my 60+ years as an asian. Will never come back! Rude servers, slow service and poor quality. Not sure what happened but used to like coming here over the last 4 years. Dish was $13.95.

If I can give zero star, I will. The reason that I rated one star just because I want to leave the review. We used to come to there for supper almost every week. I accidentally took a bit chilli sauce last time, the waitress was very rude and yelling at me. She said they will charge money for it! She charged $5 for that tiny sauce. Bad experience. Do not recommend!!!!

My to go place for Chinese food for over 10 years. Pebble street never disappoints, they always have consistency with their food. Love the Shanghai noodle, beef hot fan, big splendor friend rice, bake rice and dim sum is always good there too. Will always be a favorite place to go to.

We've come here a few times over the years, and it's always about the same: very mediocre.Any service is basically non-existent and perhaps one of the worst, as the waitresses don't ever pay attention to you. You need to make them seat you, then they forget all about you, so you need to flag them down to order.The food is ok, nothing amazing. Their menu could use more variety, as it never seems to change. Prices are also a little higher than other restaurants, and the seating is rather uncomfortable.

This place has gone downhill. The booth seats used to have cushions at the back, now it's just hard metal and makes the dining experience very uncomfortable. Food is bad. Ordered Haianese rice combo and the chicken is the most saddest looking thing that I've ever seen from a Chinese restaurant.
