Looking for a place to rent in the current market has been extremely difficult, and fortunately, thanks to Genevieve, the process was made to be enjoyable. Genevieve made a great deal of effort to find us suitable properties within our search criteria and budget, and was willing to advocate for us when needed when it came to fighting for a good result. She at no point made us feel rushed or forced into choosing a property that does not fit, nor did she ever make us feel as though we were wasting her time when we turned down a property. I cannot sing Genevieve's praises highly enough. Choosing a real estate agent can be an intimidating affair, but Genevieve turned out to be everything we could have dreamed of -- highly competent, professional, courteous, calm, knowledgable, experienced, and respectful. She was also very responsive and there to answer our every question. My partner and I felt in excellent hands throughout the process. We especially appreciated how mindful she was of our circumstances (personal preferences, non-negotiables, finances, etc.). We never felt like she was pushing us to compromise or settle for the sake of doing a quick deal. On the night of our home purchase, she provided us with excellent advice in negotiations.
