Prospera Credit Union

Recently, I received a confusing statement from Prospera, implying that I had $0.00 balance on a rather substantial investment. I was sure there was some reasonable explanation that Prospera could quickly provide. No such luck.It took me five weeks to get a proper answer. Five weeks of stalling, obstruction and buck passing. Finally, someone took a moment to actually try to understand my question and were able to explain it in two minutes.I am accustomed to a high level of customer service from my other financial institutions, so I was surprised by this apparent pattern of non-service on the part of Prospera.Naturally, I have taken my business elsewhere.I have heard from other customers that the level of service has declined here. Not surprised.

This location is the ONLY location that locks the front doors and prevents access to the ATM machine. Incredibly frustrating! Anywhere else, any other bank, no problem.
