I had an excellent experience with Mathew Foster in Auto shop and the front reception in month of Feb. I dropped my car for repair and I received an excellent customer service. I was supposed to get a rental car for few days but due to snow storm the rental car wasn't available. The Mercedes Benz Burlington provided me with in house car and made sure I am safe and comfortable during the stormy weather. I am grateful for the nice gesture and generous offer from the Front desk administration and Mathew Foster. I highly recommend the Burlington Mercedes to everybody.... I have had an experience to remember forever. So, A Big Thank you!!! :)

My existing car was starting to give me sometrouble and I took this opportunity to look into getting a new one. I was in the market for something that would be reliable, comfortable and a bit “higher-end”. I also needed something within a very short time line (no more than a month). I was debating between several makes, and after having a discussion with Jack Doan, he convinced me that the GLA250 would meet and exceed all my needs. He was very considerate of what I asked for and had my budget in mind. He is patient and really took the time to listen and make the best suggestions.My car was ready in less than a month, and rather than having to drive all the way from Pickering to Burlington to pick up the car, he arranged for a driver, Dennis Bird, to pick us up on a date and time that worked for me. Another option was to have the car delivered right to my house, but I wanted to pick it up.Dennis came promptly at the scheduled time and Jack treated us to drinks for the longer drive back. We got to experience sitting in another MB model, getting a feel of what some of the features are.After signing all the documents and having a fun “unveiling” moment, we were greeted by Steve Roman who walked me through all the features of my car!I had such a great experience and I would recommend everyone who’s in the market to come by this dealership and get helped by some of the most nicest/genuine people around. Thank you, Jack, for making this such an unforgettable experience! Will definitely come back to see you and the rest of the team, when it’s time for the next one!

Look for Mike V. when buying a Benz here! He is simply amazing, makes the process easy and less stressful, he's honest, and goes above and beyond for his customers. Very knowledgeable, straightforward, and didn't try to hide anything. When I mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. I recently upgraded our second car for a bigger more family friendly model. Jack Doan was very helpful, available and listened to what we were looking for in our new car. He kept a very open line of communication throughout the process and made it exceptionally easy to move forward. On the day of pickup, we were blown away by the customer service we received. Steve Roman and Leva Butkevicius made the day delightful. We were given an in-depth walk-through and process was extremely easy. This is my personal first Mercedes purchase but it will not be my last with this team. Such a wonderful team!

Had a great experience visiting the dealership for the first time a few weeks ago. All the receptionists were very accommodating but specifically Evelyn. She welcomed me with a smile and offered me something to drink right away. I will definitely be returning to look into more vehicle options at this dealership!
