After the severe winds that ripped through Ontario in May, we lost an 8’ strip of shingles from the top of our roof. We reached out to several roofers since our usual guy was out I’ll. Integrity answered our call and arranged for a professional to come out within 2 days. He showed up as promised and quickly got it repaired within the estimate given when I booked.

The roofers showed up exactly on time, were extremely polite and got the roof leak fixed right away. It was the 3rd roofing company we needed for the job. When we discovered a bigger issue later on, they came back with multiple people to tackle the problem. Extremely professional and capable to get the job done!

After an extensive Google search, I happily came across Integrity. It was a breath of fresh to speak to Shay. The job was done quickly, efficiently and properly. I was so happy that I am having more work done by Integrity.

Don't use Integrity Roofers! They're highly unreliable and lack experience. I had contracted them for a roofing job and they came to my house to provide a quote. After a few days, the owner increased the price but even then, I was willing to go through with the project. On the day of the job, the workers came and then left because the job site was 'not adequate' for them. This was very surprising because they had sent over someone to inspect the job and provide a quote so why wouldn't they bring up any issues then? Either way, they wasted a lot of time and now I'm stuck with looking for a new roofer. Do not use them!

I woke up this morning to water dripping from the ceiling after a rainy night. I called Integrity Roofing and they sent someone within the hour! They quickly had a look, found the exposed area and fixed. I'm really happy with the efficiency and quality of the repair. This is actually my second time calling them for different issues and have been very satisfied.

We recently used Integrity Roofers to replace our flat roof above our garage and install new eavestroughs and down pipes around our home. We could not be happier with the end result. Integrity quoted us a very reasonable price, Cory our sales rep was quick to respond to any inquiries and the guys did an amazing job, showing pride with their work and were very courteous. They also cleaned up our property each day prior to leaving. We would not hesitate recommending Integrity Roofers and plan on using them again when its time to replace our shingles on our main roof.

We used Integrity Roofers originally to fix a leak we discovered a few weeks ago. They were prompt in correcting that issue but also mentioned that we would need to replace the aging flat roof very soon. After receiving a reasonable quote we decided to go ahead and have the roof repaired in the Spring. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to do the work immediately. We are happy with the work and grateful to have this roof now taken care of.
