They were very professional, respectful, clean, and extremely transparent with their quotes. They explain every single detail, leading to a very smooth end outcome. For duct cleaning, they thoroughly explained the process, ensured to check every corner of my home, and provided advice on maintenance. Aside from their patience and professionalism, the materials and products they use is on par and I enjoy family-led companies because they lead with care. Their products are organic, so this helps a lot with clients who are sensitive/have allergies like myself. Furthermore, they have ensured to completely clean each duct located in my home and I was surprised by the things they find ( 2 small kiddos at home). Aside from their duct services, I’ve used them for my big move from two different provinces. I was extremely stressed because this was not an easy move and I needed strong, honest and trustworthy men to help with the process. They treat their clients like queens and kings. They packed my family’s belongings with care, ensured all furniture were wrapped and protected, and their organization game is on point! I contacted Livy moving to get a quote for my house move. The owner Yousef, was very helpful and professional. He provided an in person quote and answered all my questions. He also reviewed his process and provided reassurance that my furniture and home would be handled with care. He and his team did an excellent job ensuring they did not scratch any walls or damage my hardwood floors/stairs. They wrapped the large pieces in tape to protect them from dents and scrapes. They worked very hard throughout the 9hr move and were extremely efficient. They provided peace of mind and successfully moved my family out of my old home and into my new. I was so happy with Livy moving and duct cleaning, that I also hired them to clean my ducts in my new home. Now I'm officially settled in to my new home and have the added cleanliness of clean air vents and ducts.Thanks so much Yousef and team for your excellent service.
