We got our first home by Northridge and we love it! There were a few things that needed to be fixed and replaced after possession but so far they've been quite prompt in dealing with it. Their sales rep , Dianna Calkins made our home buying went smoothly and stress free. She's prompt in attentding all our questions, she's honest and very accomodating! Would recommend Northridge and just do your part as well-ask questions and know what you really want for your house.

We are very happy with the level of service that North Ridge provides to its customers. There have been multiple circumstances where we have needed a minor repair to the house, and North Ridge has been very prompt and helpful in alleviating the issue (even past warranty). All staff that we have dealt with have been professional, and we are impressed by the workmanship of our house. Just wanted to share some photos of the substandard roofing work Northridge Renos did on my home which they claim was built to their specifications. They ignored me for 2 weeks and I had another roofer replace my entire roof due to poor quality products and installation Northridge told me they will do nothing. Zero for customer service . I have spent $200,000 with Northridge, only to have too spend another $6400 on a new roof because the one they gave me was so bad; and the too bad too sad letter" from them was a fine example of their customer service. I couldn't be more impressed with Northridge Renovations. They went above and beyond making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were professional, courteous, honest, and helpful to solve any issue that may arise. We had 2 bathrooms completely gutted and redone and our walk in closet reconfigured. The workmanship was spotless and everything was done on time. I would not hesitate to go with them again.

I bought my North Ridge condo back in 2017 and still love it to this day! Terri and Brock both took excellent care of me, and any issues I had were dealt with quickly and effectively. I take alot of pride in being both a North Ridge employee and a North Ridge home owner!

I bought a brand new house in july 2020 from north ridge. They talked lot about there house warranty but when i had furnace issue they blamed the user issue and refused to cover under warranty. They kept on saying that furnace filter should be replaced every month. I have not met a single person who replaces furnace filter every month. Before i had problem with furnace they had my thermostat replaced and did a inspection and at that time filter was good and after that it had issue. There warranty is terrible. I would not recommend this builder to anyone. My brother was looking for a house but after my experience with north ridge we are not even consider anything from north ridge
