Michael Glover at the Pippy Place location could not have been any more helpful. He excela at customer service!!! He was so very friendly and jovial and extemely knowledgeable about all the products...new and old. While solving my issue he asked me a number of questions to find out about my home services I and offered some other options which we are continuing to look into. Its Nice to know what else is available. Michael was great It's nice to deal with such friendly helpful staff. I left this location feeling very satisfied with the service I received. Keep up the great work!!

Great service, & knowledgeable staff. Sultan was our consultant & set us up with 3 new phones & transferred our service from our previous provider to Bell. He was very patient & walked us through every step. Top notch service...would highly recommend!

Best experience I have ever had. The staff blew me away, not only The trainee who helped me Will (he loves his wife lol) but also the way the manager related clients, he offered to go to an elderly client's car and hook up services. Best service I have ever had. So happy with this location, they all deserve a raise. Personable, professional, happy. I can't say enough good things!

Such incredibly friendly service! The representative, Will, was extremely informative, helpful, and kind. He helped me get a brand new phone with a minimal increase to my monthly bill when I expected it to jump about 30%. He let me know how my partner would benefit from certain plans since he is an employee of the NLESD, and gave me the necessary information to pass along. I also noticed how impressive the other employees' customer service was towards the people they were helping. The manager, Taz, had a lot of things being thrown at him at once and he was handling it all so smoothly. 10/10 would recommend!

Had to upgrade my phone, dealt with Sultan at the Pippy Place location and he was fantastic to deal with. While we were waiting for the phone to upgrade, he even asked about my home services and I ended up getting a significant reduction in my monthly home services…all because Sultan asked if I was happy with my services. Just a pleasure to deal with. 5 star service.

Ryan was great help with managing account changes after the death of a family member across several accounts ... he was patient in understanding the issue and dealing with the other customer service specialist that had to be involved. He provided excellent service as he always has on all the times that I needed to visit this location over the last 10 years.

Ryan is a very friendly person. He took all the time needed to explain how the iPhone worked. Very patient with teaching me as I am totally unfamiliar with Apple products. Excellent service.
