We are very pleased with the outstanding job done by Appliance Haus & Kitchens, especially our designer Sharlyn who is professional and thoughtful. The new kitchen looks exactly as designed/expected, only the LEICHT materials feels better when it's all done. Great quality which you don't find in many stores.The installation and follow up service are excellent, service from Miele appliance is also good. Thank you all and we will enjoy this new kitchen for a long time.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. Sharyn was our designer and she provided alot of valuable feedback, tips and practical recommendations. She actually made the process very enjoyable too as I thought it will be a drag. Installers are very professional and knowledgeable Nikolai in particular pays great attention to detail and executes job very well.

Second kitchen I’ve gotten Appliance Haus to do for me. I’ve also gotten a laundry room and basement built in’s as well. Leicht are a higher end German kitchen cabinet with superb build quality. Importantly, the owners and installers are top notch and do a great job. See the attached real life photo (not staged).

The team at Leicht are fabulous. Thomas is an incredibly talented designer and the quality of the millwork is excellent. The installers are perfectionists and the end product is fabulous. Highly recommend.

The company is based in Germany and when I entered their showroom in Toronto, I knew that was exactly how I imagined my new kitchen. My guides among the variety of options were Victoria and Tom. They were patient, they were listening, and they were not satisfied until they found a perfect design for my space.All subsequent dealing with the company, including in site measurements, delivery and installation only further confirmed exceptional professionalism, in-depth expertise and excellent customer service. The project manager Dmitri was client-focused, thoughtful and made the entire process a comfortable and pleasant experience. Corneliu, always meticulous and reliable, made sure that each detail was carried out with utmost precision.During the renovation I dealt with a number of teams, but none could match the high standard of Leicht Kitchen. We had a very good experience dealing with Appliance Haus and Leicht Kitchens. Our kitchen was over 30 years old and it was in serious need of modernizing. We wanted a kitchen that had the form and function of a designer kitchen but one that was still affordable. I was amazed that we could have a German kitchen, professionally designed and installed – one that I feel is competitively priced with locally made kitchens; however, the quality is superior. As far as we could tell, nobody else does this … it was extremely helpful because we really needed to work with someone patient who understood form and function – someone experienced and at the same time someone who really wanted to work with us to understand our requirements and to guide us.Sharlyn was our designer and primary point person for everything. Throughout the process, Sharlyn guided us and provided valuable suggestions, tips and practical recommendations when asked. After she had a good understanding of our needs and wants, she prepared a 3D kitchen design and reviewed it with us in detail. This allowed us to visualize the look in our own kitchen space and helped us to understand the layout and to make adjustments to optimize the functionality. I want to add that Sharlyn worked with us closely and always responded quickly when we had any questions or concerns. She was the ultimate professional and a real pleasure to work with. We're very happy with Appliance Haus Kitchens services and they designed 3 different kitchens for our 2 houses and condo. Truly professional and we enjoy every moment in our kitchens.

In the last year, I purchased a new home and did a full gut renovation of the kitchen. We visited Appliance Haus and was introduced to Victoria who helped us with the floor plan and design, picking the materials, choosing our Miele appliances, taking our order and fulfillment. The rest of the Appliance Haus team was on point doing our installation, and follow up on any issues we had post-installation.Doing a full kitchen renovation is full of challenges, and not something you do often so it was important that Appliance Haus guided us through the process, helping us with 3D designs and managing to a budget we set out at the beginning. In the end, even with a few upgrades to our appliances we were on budget.Impressively, even with the global pandemic impacting freight, the kitchen cabinets were delivered and including installation the kitchen was completed on time. I was very impressed with the overall experience, and value from Leicht products. We cross shopped Leicht with a local Toronto based custom kitchen millwork manufacturer, and we received much higher quality cabinet finishes even in the price grade 1 material (lowest price finishes") from Leicht.
